Mallard Place

Located on Main Street in historic Downieville, overlooking the confluence of the Downie River and Pauley Creek, Mallard Place provides room for a large family to enjoy all the Sierras has to offer.

Mallard Place is available all year and features 2 bedrooms ( 1 King and 1 Queen), 2 Full Baths, Full Kitchen and a second story deck with a nice view of the Downie River and Pauley Creek.  Mallard Place is $275.00 per night based on an occupancy of 4.  Each additional person is $20 per night.  Maximum occupancy is 8 (including visitors) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM.

The spacious kitchen is fully equiped with 4 burner stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave and toaster.

The King bed in the upstairs bedroom  and the Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom.
