Cottage Rates

First we have House Keeping Cottages, which are just like your own vacation home.  Superbly appointed, all have completely outfitted kitchens with modern full size appliances. Also included are  toasters, coffee makers and microwave ovens.  We provide bedding and linens in each  House Keeping Cottage. We also provide charcoal BBQ's, bring your briquettes and lighter fluid. Cabin Rates

Your second choice is a Log Camping Cabin made from  sturdy logs that replaces your tent.  You bring all of your normal camping gear like sleeping bags, cook stove, lanterns and cooking equipment.  The Log Camping Cabins have one full sized bed and single bunk beds. 

The North Fork of the Yuba River runs directly in front of your cabin.

Mallard Place

Our third guest accommodation is "Mallard Place".  A deluxe vacation home for those special family and friends gathering.  This fully furnished home includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room and living room with wood burning fireplace. There is also an upstairs deck for viewing of the surrounding mountains and the  confluence of the Downie River and Pauley Creek.

Decoy Inn

Located next to "Mallard Place" is the "Decoy Inn", a perfect retreat for two. This studio is also fully appointed and with-in walking distance to downtown Downieville.
