Click on the name of the House Keeping Cottage below and see photographs and more details about each cottage.  All units on this page come complete with linens, towels, cleaning products and a fully equipped kitchen.  These are housekeeping units and maid service is not available.  Don't forget to bring charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill.
Please bring beach towels if you plan on swimming.

Resort Policies

Rental Periods: Two night minimum on weekends.  Holiday periods and special events have longer minimum stays.
Weekly reservations from June 15 to Labor Day (Sunday to Sunday). Possibly shorter stays available. Just give us a call.

Holidays:  Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend, Easter week, Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day  weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's weeks.

Check-In:
After 3:00 pm and before 6:00 pm.  Later check-in arrangements may be made in advance.

Check-Out:
Before 11:00 am.  An extra day's charge  will be made for late check-out.

Deposit:
 A 50% deposit per unit with reservation of three or more nights.  One or two nights must be paid in full.  All deposits for advance reservations must be received by check or money order within 5 days to hold cabin.

Lodging Balance:  Due 30 days before check in date, 60 days in June, July, August and weekly reservations.  If not received your reservation and deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations:
  Must be received in writing at least 14 days of scheduled arrival to receive a refund of your deposit - less 10% cancellation fee.  May, Sept., Oct. and holiday periods require 30 days notice. June, July, August and weekly reservations require 60 days notice. Cancellations made with less than required notice will be forfeited in full, unless re-rented for the entire reservation period.

Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit: 
$100.00 deposit by check or credit card upon arrival and refunded within 5 days of departure

Visitors:
  In consideration of our guests all visitors must register at the office when entering grounds.  Maximum occupancy includes visitors.  No overnight visitors or pets of visitors are welcome.  No Exceptions.    

Smoking: All Cottages and Cabins are Non-Smoking -- In consideration of our guests, smoking is restricted to decks where ashtrays are provided. .

No Refunds or Guarantee: For early departure, road and weather conditions or power outages.

TV : Provide your own TV and we can hook you up to DIRECTV for your stay. (May through October).  Let us know when you make your reservation if you would like this service.
(Not available in Ruby, Tin Cup, City of Six  or camping cabins)

  • Pets:  Responsible owners with well behaved pets are welcome for an additional $20.00 per day or $120 per week  (non-refundable), and must be reserved for at time of reservation. 
  • Your pet may not be left unattended at any time in the cottages or cabins unless crated.  
  • Your pet must be on a leash at all times while on resort grounds. Please don't let your pet relieve themselves on any lawn. We want to continue letting pets come, but we need your help in taking care of lawns and cabins.  
  • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions). You will be charged if dog hair is found on bedding or furniture.
  • Pet owners are responsible for damage to cottages, cabins or grounds, and picking up after their pets. 
  • Pet owners will be charged if additional cleaning is needed because of their pets. 
  • All cleaning supplies are in cottages including vacuum cleaners for removing pet hair and debris that might be in the cottage .

    The next guest might not love dogs the way you do, so PLEASE leave a clean cabin and pick up after them so pets will continue to be welcome.
